[horde] Blank page on Horde

One more guy with an "empty page" problem.... :)
Looks like after a few months there will be enough compliants to investigate
the issue further by developers.
:)

P.S. Horde log is typically located in /tmp/horde.log, but I'm sure that
there will  be no errors present.
