[horde] fileinfo fails to install

When I run "pear install fileinfo", I get the following:

root at cypher horde]$ pear install fileinfo

/usr/local/bin/phpize: line 57: aclocal: command not found

I could not find any program called aclocal. Does anyone knows where
can I find the tarball or the rpm for it? I'm using fedora 3.

Probably that's why I get a blank page when try to access horde. The
fileinfo package is not installed.
