[horde] Which RPM for Redhat Ent 3 / CentOS 3.3

The reason I asked is that I do remote linux management through WebMin.  It
makes installing the binaires much easier and saves a lot of time.

I always wondered what it is all about by installing web based application
(which only use php files) from RPMs. They usually are not complex programs
with files that goes into directories all around the file system. And on
upgrade you still need to run scripts that are located in those packages.

However, if you insist on RPM, you can download .tar.gz and make simple
package with rpmbuild command.
