[horde] How to restrict administrators

Hi,

I have a little trouble with the administrator settings.

In "Authentication" I set:

Which users should be treated as administrators (root, super-user) by Horde? 
horde, pascal

and:

What backend should we use for authenticating users to Horde? IMAP
authentication

But if a user, other than horde or pascal, log in to IMP4 then he can access to
horde administration and change all options as he was administrator !

What should I configure to fix that ?
