[horde] Re: Horde 3.0.3 (final)

I think that having a list of added/modified items in new release for 
config/*.dist files would be highly appreciated in future.
The same applies for all Horde projects.

Actually, many of us are customizing default config files and it can be 
pretty hard to track these changes when performing upgrade to the new 
release.
The existing CHANGE files in releases do not help to identify what 
configuration options have been added or modified..
