[horde] Horde HEAD and localization

Dear All,

i cannot find a way to have my horde-imp-ingo-turba-kronolith 
installation to be in italian.

My installation is the CVS of yesterday.

In config/nls.php i put
$nls['defaults']['language'] = 'it_IT';

In config/conf.php i put
$conf['language'] = 'it_IT';

When i login i choose "Italiano".
In my user preference i put "Italiano".

But all the applications are only in English and i get no error.

Does anyone know what this could mean?
I see that i have done all the needed things to setup italian language.
