Yes, thanks. Since my horde install is also document root for my web server,
i have already made this change.
Out of curiosity, I wonder how many others with this problem are using horde
as doc root on their web server?

Conf.php:

$conf['cookie']['path'] = '/horde';

Into

$conf['cookie']['path'] = '/';

Now IE problem is gone here, no more blank screen
