[horde] Side menu not appearing

Hi all,

I've been trying to install Horde 3 and IMP 4 on my computer, but I run into 
this problem: whatever I do, I can't get the side menu to appear (neither in 
Horde nor in IMP). I've searched around for a bit, but I can't find anything 
that helps. I can login to Horde (authentication is done through IMP), but I 
can't run IMP itself.

From the logs, it seems as if the IMAP server crashes, but what causes it, I 
can't find out. Could anyone help me or suggest something to do?

I'm running NetBSD/alpha 2.0 with imap-uw-2004c1, Apache 2.0.53, PHP 5.0.3 
(with all the modules also at 5.0.3), Horde 3.0.3, and IMP 4.0.1. (I've also 
tried 4.0.2, which is not yet in the NetBSD pkgsrc, but there is no 
difference).

From /var/log/messages:
