[horde] Format for first page of horde

Hi everybody,

I have 3 questions:

- Where can I change, on the login page, the title "Welcome to Horde" to 
another phrase?

- Is it possible to set, for all the users,  a default format for the 
Horde page? (The page after login where we can put mail summary, 
calendar summary, weather, etc...) I'd like to give to the users a 
standard page and then, if somebody wants to change the standard page he 
can do it.

- Is it possible to set weather.com for European contries?
