[horde] login failure please help

I have been struggling with this problem for a couple of days no.  I was 
using imap/notls and everything seemed to be working great.  However I 
need to use mysql to authenticate to horde and eventually imp and mimp.  
Switching  to mysql always gives me an error (Login failed because your 
user name or password was entered incorrectly.) I have run the sql 
script and can login to the sql database with the horde user local and 
remotely using navicat.  Seems everything is created right and i even 
added some test users with navicat but  cannot login  with any user.

Here is the output of my logs (set to debug) it does not seem like much 
to go on so please help me solve this problem.
