Did that, and even tested with a different browser.  I will, however, try
CVS again tomorrow.

It did not matter which database setting I made.  It had "Horde default" or
"Custom" and no matter which I made or what settings, it still produced the
error.  I will check out CVS tomorrow and see if the problem still exists
and report again.
