[horde] PostgreSQL Session Handler not working correctly

Hello.
I am using Horde and Postgresql and want to change the PHP based
Sessionhandler to the Postgresql one - but it dont work really, because
after i log in i get to the login page again ... everytime.
With the php one its working - so what to do now, the logs dont really
say something useful what is going wrong.
