[horde] LDAP authentication and password resets

Hello,

It looks to me like on the customsql authentication backend supports password
changing (unless thats modified or changed somewhere else).  It seems like with
at least one of the backends (LDAP), if you specified a user with adequate
priveleges in the horde config file (i.e. set binddn and password to an account
and password with directory manager priveleges, for a given tree), that the
LDAP authentication could also support resetting of passwords.  Any reason why
this wasn't done or has no one had the need to do it?
