Great.  I found the documentation about creating a custom task in
lib/Horde/Maintenance.php and found some good examples in IMP.  I knew I had
seen TOS somewhere but was pulling my hair out trying to find it in the Horde
Framework.  But thats because it was in IMP.  Thats exactly what I need.
