And, as a followup, for my clarification, where should the 
resetpassword service
reside?  There's the sork module and the passwd module (which appears to be a
standalone module thats under the sork umbrella).  But the resetpassword.php
script uses no passwd module routines as far as I can tell, since I don't even
have it installed on my production site.  So I guess what I'm asking - should
the functionality of resetpassword really be implemented inside the passwd
module, or should it continue to live on as a sort of orphaned child 
within the
Horde module or framework?
