[horde] Kolab disabled, but .. not?

Today's HEAD (20050407) of all installed applications. I've noticed in a 
few places that the global Horde Kolab-setting doesn't seem to be honored.

I clicked on "Mnemo" and got:

I also got a Horde error:

Horde/Kolab: Unable to synchronise anteckningar "Anteckningar för 
Joaquim Homrighausen": not connected! (CMD:LOGIN)

I've seen stuff like this in other places too; like after importing an 
.ICS file into Kronolith.

The Horde setting "Horde/Kolab integration status" is set to disabled.

Did I miss something.. ?
Is it a local problem (i.e. in the application), or is it in the Horde 
framework?
