[horde] Problems with horde-toaster / Qmail installation

I have been working for quite some time on a installation script for Qmail using
Horde-toaster, the entire installation utilizing 20 scripts almost completely
works but it seems that Horde-toaster will not login to the vpopmail mysqld.

The entire thing is posted online at http://qmail.supalinux.com/ because I am
frustrated working on it and would like anyones help.

It is designed to rapidly build the entire qmail system right from a fresh copy
of Red Hat Linux 9
