[horde] mail attachement limitation

Hello,

I am new to Horde.  I would appreciate some help. How do you increase the size
limit on attachements.  Seems like anything over 1.5M is not allowed.  Also,
has anyone figured out how to get the saved folders other than "inbox" to
download to a mail client such as Outlook Express or eudora.  Thanks in
advance.
