[horde] xml weather feed

I have placed my partner I.D, and my license key from weather.com in my portal
block configuraton tab, but I can't seem to get anything on my horde front
page.

I configured my layout to show the weather on the front page of horde after I
log in.
I did recieve some code from weather.com

I am not sure what I am supposed to do with the code?

What am I missing
