[horde] IMP configuration utility messes with PHP code

For the benefit of the Horde maintainers/developers, the 
web-configuration utility for IMP assumes too much about values I 
write-in to the servers.php configuration file.  Because this server is 
used for multiple domains, I have this:

    'maildomain' => ereg_replace("^.*\.([^\.]*\.[^\.]*)$", "\\1", 
$_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"]),

After saving the configuration from the web utility it adds quotes to 
it, which requires me to go and restore this.
