[horde] Global preferences

Hello!

We are going to use Horde 3.0.4, IMP 4.0.3 and Turba 2.0.2 as 
mailclient and addressbook on our intranet.

We are not going to use the portal part of Horde, withou only IMP and 
Turba applications.

Is there a way of changing the preferences for Horde in IMP?
I.e. I would like to change settings such as "Locale and Time" and 
"Color scheme" from the preference screen in IMP.
