[horde] Quota Permissions?

Hello All,

We have been running Horde for quite some time and have been very happy.  I
tried to move a user to a new name today and had some funny issues happen.
I am not sure how to fix this or if I even tried the move correctly.

We are running Imp 3 that is tied to a Cyrus back end.  The quota shows up
correctly in Cyrus, but shows No Limit in Horde.  I can't find anything to
do with quotas in the Horde tables.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Need more
info?
