Hi guys 

I am trying to set pgp

found this on my server /usr/share/man/man3/GnuPG.3pm.gz

and used this path to set this option

If you want users to have the option of using the GNU Privacy Guard program 
to decrypt/encrypt PGP files, enter the location of the 'gpg' binary here. 
If this is empty this feature will be disabled.

is this right?

if how do test because i can;t get the create or upload key to work
