[horde] Horde + IMP

Well, I'm feeling frustrated.

I've now tried:

courier-imap from v3.0.5 - 4.0.3
dovecot v0.99.15
cyrus-imap v2.2.12
bincimap v1.2.12 - 1.3.3
uw-imap v2004d

php v4.3.11 & 5.0.3

Each time making sure to recompile PHP and re-copy the needed
files into the chroot (OpenBSD 3.7).

and _every_ time I enable IMP, the sidebar.php additions and/or
something in imp.php causes the apache child process handling the
sidebar to crash.  Leaving me with a "white" screen.

And of course, no log files, no k/strace hints, nada for real
debug data that I can pull off my system.

Can someone with more grey cells than me write back and let me
know if I've missed something, if there are more debug flags I
can set to try and get a good trace, etc.?
