Hi Martin,

I've not tryed it, but this should work. If you manage your users with
horde you can change the permissions of a calender. Click on "My
Calendars", select your calendar and click on permissions. Now the
"boss" can alow the 'secretary' to show, read, edit and delete his calendar.
The secretary should have drop down menu on the right top of her
calendar where the boss's calendar could be select.
