[horde] Setup on Suse 9.3

I'm traying to setup imp on suse 9.3

am using redhat 9 old horde setup on RH 9

there is a section where nedd config some lines on horde.php, the 
location is
horde/config/horde.php but on horde.3.0 this file not exist.

which file now is using to put the imap conf and mysql conf for horder?

if there is someone that speak or write spanish, please help me.
