[horde] Horde doesn't seem to use DB?

Hi

I just installed Horde 3.0.4 and IMP 4.0.3 with POP login to localhost
It works all just fine except that I dont get an options screen for the 
users and horde doesn't seem to use its DB... ?
I always get a 'Last login: Never' when logging in. But no errors about 
the DB, ist just tests out fine, username/password are set correctly and 
the sql shell works fine, but nothing is written to the db....?!

Any ideas?
