[horde] Turba problem

Hi Folks,
I hope someone can help me.
When  install Turba,once it is configured,when I bring up
the address book,it keeps coming up with an error " cannot
connect to IMSP server".
Can anyone please advise me on how to stop it looking for
the IMSP server as I just want it to use the SQL database.
