[horde] categoryCSS.php broken...

Hello -

The categoryCSS.php in the kronolith CVS (latest, greatest) has been 
giving me headaches:

1)  the file has no ending "?>"
2)  when I add at the top of the program:

echo "why does this work?";

I get some messages in the log, but then kronolith WORKS.  Without this 
line, kronolith never sends back anything to the client...  and just 
hangs.
