[horde] Horde 3.0.5-RC1

After installing this, it seems all my Horde Permissions are broken.  
Apps that
should only be available to a few people are visible to all, addressbooks that
had Turba Permissions set to Read and View (and still have them set to that)
show up as a viable source for adding contacts, etc.

Permissions are set, but are being ignored - anyone seeing this?
