[horde] Syncronizing duplicate form elements in a page?

Hello,

There's a potentially confusing situation that crops up from time to time, on
any page that has menu elements at the top and the bottom of a list.

Take for instance Turba.  Do a search and find one or more entries.  Select the
entry, and from the top action line, choose a list to add the entry to.  Get
distracted for a moment (as will happen in normal user interaction), come back
to the task at hand, choose Add from the bottom action line and be puzzled when
you're told that "You must select a target list", because you already selected
one.

So, is there an easy way to duplicate form elements in a page, so that state on
one menu is picked up in other locations?  If not, how about a way of
paginating so only one action line is needed?
