[horde] Horde Upgrade 2.0 to 3.0

I did it but it was a nightmare(ish). I assume you patched your horde
version 2 up to the latest version of that release?

I think its mainly the SQL database from memory that isn't quite right.

Hello,

I'd like to upgrade from Horde 2.0 to 3.0.  I noticed instructions
specific to Horde 2.2 to 3.0 but nothing regarding 2.0 to 3.0.  I
downloaded Horde 2.2 to see if there were any upgrading instructions but
I couldn't find any.  Can I still upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 using the 2.2
- 3.0 upgrade script?
