[horde] Remove Templates

When I'm installing new templates, I don't have to do anything else
than create and fill subfolders; other configuration isn't needed. So,
I guess you can delete the templatefolders without problem.

If you hesitate, you could first rename them and see what happens
(propably you get renamed templates to choose from in the options-menu)
