[horde] Horde sidebar vanishes after uncommenting hook

[Wyvern]

In the Horde setup, under Authentication, I told Horde to use a horde
application for authentication, and specified Imp. I also did what you
suggested and set hordeauth to 'full', and commented out the hook and
disabled it.

This fixed my authentication problem, but the sidebar still vanishes upon login.
