Thanks Jan,

I copied the value setting up by another user. Can you please help me 
regarding the exact value for Mail: Folder Summary ? I solved this one 
year ago but this is strange that I forgot the value. This value just 
eating my head for last 10 days. I would be greatefull if you please 
send me the exact value. Thanks again.

The value you copied is broken then. Either in a wrong charset, or 
containing user specific data that doesn't work for other users.
