[horde] IMP trying to expand all addresses?

No, this isn't a bounced message.  I can see traffic to/from our LDAP  
server when I click submit.  I've viewed the html source for the  
compose window and confirmed it's enabling the auto_expand feature,  
even though it's disabled in my prefs.php.
