[horde] After upgrade to Horde 3, Horde/IMP prefs are lost

Is it normal that the users identities and signatures that were set up in
2.2 are no longer there after upgrading?  The backend is mysql and the
2.2_to_3.0 script was run.  I am not a mysql pro by any means, but looking
at the script it doesn't look like it deletes these values.
