[horde] Folders created on Cyrus server wiwh IMP are not subscribed

Hello All,
 
I'm using Cyrus-IMAP sever with Horde IMP on another server, managed by another person.
The problem is that when user creates folders via IMP web-interface ("user.testuser4.Father" and "user.testuser4.Father.Son" for example folder named "Father" and it's sub-folder "Son"), it won't write these folders in the subscribed folder list (in username.sub file on Cyrus server).
Additionally, If I subscribe to these folders via OE (Outlook Express) and delete these folders from within IMP, the record on the "Father" folders still stays in the username.sub file:
user.testuser4.Father
but "Son" record get deleted.
 
Any help or advice are greatly appriciated.
