[horde] special characters

Hi,
our horde works together with a kolab2 server.
we changed today the backends of kronolith, nag and mnemo from sql to kolab.
now we have a problem with the default names of the users task list, notes
list and calendar.
The default name is "username's calendar" and we can't create new dates
because we get an error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/usr/share/php/Horde/Kolab.php on line 552

we took notice that the problem is resolved by rename the list to "username
calendar".
i think there is no special character (in our case ' ) escaping?!

framework bug or misconfiguration?
should i create a framework bug report?
