[horde] not able to start horde after installation

Hello,

i have installed horde on my vserver under the directory (SuSE-Linux 9.3)  /srv/www/horde/
If I start the program with "http://vsXXXXXX.vserver.de/horde I always become this message on my webbrowser:
"object not found ..... can´t found the requested URL...."
Apache can´t find the index.php. But this file exists under /srv/www/horde/index.php

If I create a virtual server under apache2 and call it with http://horde.vsXXXXX.vserver.de/ I get the following error:

Is there anybody who knows this problem?
