[horde] import/export fails

While trying import from exported task list (csv) i get an empty step 4?
after submiting this step i get the messages:

Warning: Wrong parameter count for _() in /usr/share/php/Horde/Kolab.php on
line 442
Success CSV file imported
Error

Where ever the tasks are loaded, i recieve the same error msg:
Warning: Wrong parameter count for _() in /usr/share/php/Horde/Kolab.php on
line 442

Trying the export/import with iCalendar(vTodo) creates the same problem.

some solutions or ideas?
