[horde] webroot => '/' in horde 3.0.5

Hi,

I noticed that in horde 3.0.5 webroot => '/' is not working. This makes image
sources look like http://themes/graphics/horde.png . If I set webroot => ''
everythink works fine. in HEAD both, '/' and '', do work.

Is this a bug or just something wrong with my setup?
