[horde] Stored Procedures and Horde?

Hello -

I am designing an application that will (probably) be built using the Horde
platform.

Question:  Has anyone ever used MySQL Stored Procedures with Horde apps?
I would like to code the backend Drivers using stored procedures.

any comments on this?  is this a stupid idea?
