If I move kronolith and turba out of horde directory, the sidebar shows
up but either one of them will prevent sidebar from showing up.

Turba - might be my own fault as I have moved the sources.php from my
old (perhaps 5 months old) setup to my new one and I haven't done the
diff checking to see what I might be breaking but turba seems to work
fine.

Kronolith - haven't put any data in there but it is configured and the
mysqld tables are newly created from the scripts directory without any
data and I can't see a thing that I might have misconfigured ;-(
