[horde] layout bug?

hi all

have just subscribed to this list [and other horde-related ones] 
because i've taken on getting our test horde configuration [1] up to 
speed and all ironed out.

i get a reproducable layout bug. the following layout:

produces the following home portal:

   http://pault.burngreave.net/images/screendumps/horde_home_3.0.5.png

any thoughts? any other info required? tia.
