[horde] Opera and Horde

Hi all,

Today, i logged in at my Horde installation with Opera. It looks terribly:
- The left menu isn't displayed correctly or on my windows machine, it
isn't displayed
- The menu above the main content is splitted into two sections, one
with blue background, one without.
- The filter messages aren't displayed correctly.

It also depends on the resolution.. With my notebook (1024*768) it looks 
more awful than with my pc (1152*864)

and so on.. I hope a CSS pro can fix this ;)
