[horde] Update from Horde 3.0.5 to Horde 3.0.6 on Windows 2003 Server installation

All developers,

Thank you for making a new distibution set.
I implemented this as soon a have seen this.
The version 3.0.5 was not working because of not finding the first page.
With the new version i have the same problem.
Page Not Found is the ever going message i get.

I tried untill now everything to get this working with IIS with no result.
When i start up the login.php i see a page with frames in it but no contents.
When i start index.php i get a session id and one page with no frames
and no contents.

I tried to find out which path and file is used to make the first
page, untill now no success.
Can someone help me to solf this problem?
