[horde] Update from Horde 3.0.5 to Horde 3.0.6 on Windows 2003 Server installation

Hello All,

I did some bug tracking and found that with this sentence in the
index.php give the problem.

$main_page = Util::getFormData('url');
if (!$main_page) {
    $main_page = Horde::initialPage();

The defined variable is not known on the moment i use the echo command.
Where is this page loaded from
