[horde] Long wait with Horde CVS

Hi all,
I'we just deployed completely fresh copy of Horde directly from CVS. One 
problem - some
strange lags. After I input my username and password and press enter, I need to 
wait about 10
minutes until I finaly get portal page.
After about 4 minutes I get this line in the log:
Nov 02 14:06:49 HORDE [notice] [imp] Login success for user [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] to 
{my.server:143}
All this time I see enormous CPU usage:
8796 www       17   0 31776  31m 7700 R 99.3 12.4   9:01.64 httpd
What can I do?
