[horde] Big load long wait when logging in to horde

Hello,

I'm using Horde from CVS. After deploying everything works just fine till I 
specify to authenticate
against IMAP service on the local computer.
Where I enter the credentials apache web server's load jumps to 99% and stays so 
for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes only there is any output that can be seen. Btw there is nothing 
unusual in the log.
